The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch boasts beautifully landscaped grounds and exceptional staff service, making it a great choice for events or a relaxing getaway. While my experience with my room cleanliness was disappointing, the overall dining and recreational options were wonderful, adding to the value of the stay.

Our stay at the Scottsdale Resort was an overall pleasant experience, highlighted by beautiful landscaping and fantastic food options for conference attendees. While the ambiance and recreational facilities made for enjoyable moments, we faced some hiccups with customer service that left us wanting more improvement. It's definitely a lovely place to visit, but it could benefit from better service responsiveness.

I recently stayed at this resort, and while the location was great for accessing Old Town Scottsdale, the experience was a mixed bag. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, but the organization at check-in left much to be desired. The rooms were comfortable, but the overall experience felt a bit detracted by some miscommunication and confusion among the staff. Overall, it has potential, but some improvements are needed.
